A client in Jakarta bought a new-Chinese-style set in Foshan: walnut display cabinets with hexagonal lattice, a tea table with chairs, a leather sofa set, coffee and console tables, sideboards, a round side table and an automatic mahjong table.
Before shipping, the packaging was upgraded at our Foshan warehouse: every carton-packed piece was re-braced with timber, every upholstered piece caged in a frame.
Delivered to Jakarta Utara on 3 August 2026. Crates into the garage at 16:44; sideboards, cabinets, tables and chairs assembled and positioned by 18:40 — under two hours — with the client present to check each piece as it came out.
Sea freight, delivery and assembly were one scope. The client compared the pieces against the order in the room, not against a photo.
Two kinds of piece, two kinds of crate. Solid-wood cabinets and tables shipped in cartons got an outer timber frame so that a forklift or a stacked neighbour could not crush a corner. The sofas and chairs, wrapped in cloth, were caged in braced frames so that nothing bears on the upholstery. The photos below were taken in Foshan when the re-packing was finished.

Yes. On this project the sea freight, import clearance, delivery to Jakarta Utara and on-site assembly were one scope. The crates arrived at 16:44 on 3 August 2026 and the last piece was positioned by 18:40.

You should, and we plan for it. Pieces are unpacked with the client present so that finish, hardware and dimensions can be checked against the order in the room.
