The studio sent a full FF&E schedule: item codes, dimensions, finishes and reference images for every room. Their client expected the designer’s intent to arrive intact, so substitutions had to be approved and every line had to be traceable from schedule to delivery.

Quality is built in through seven checkpoints rather than inspected once at the end: material selection, incoming inspection, production monitoring, assembly inspection, final quality check, packaging verification and shipment approval. Inspection followed the designer’s specification sheet line by line, so any deviation in dimension, finish or fabric was caught against the document the client had approved.
