For this private residence in the Greater Bay Area, Source Foshan sourced living, dining and bedroom furniture (54 items) from nine suppliers across Foshan and Dongguan, including custom pieces, under one budget and one confirmed quote. Every item was inspected and documented before packing, the balance was paid only after the client approved the QC report, and everything was consolidated in one Foshan warehouse and delivered as a single container.

The client sent a floor plan and a folder of reference images for a complete residence: living room, dining room and bedrooms. The direction was contemporary, with stone, timber and textured fabrics repeating from room to room. Upholstery came from the Longjiang sofa cluster, dining and stone tables from a stone specialist and a showroom brand in Lecong, beds and casegoods from a bedroom factory, with lighting, rugs and accessories added from showroom stock so the palette stayed coherent. Quality is built in through seven checkpoints rather than inspected once at the end: material selection, incoming inspection, production monitoring, assembly inspection, final quality check, packaging verification and shipment approval. Nine suppliers meant nine production schedules. Finished goods were received into one consolidation warehouse as they completed, checked against the packing list, protected and labelled by room, then loaded into a single container. The client received one delivery and one set of documents rather than nine separate shipments.
