Landing, then the transfer

Showroom days run long and the malls close at 18:30. These are worth walking to afterwards.

What Korean buyers get caught on
- 01Korea applies 10% VAT on import plus duty by commodity code. KC certification is required for many regulated products, and it is not the same as CE.
- 02KC marking covers electrical and some furniture categories. Confirm the scope before production — testing after the fact cannot be done at the port.
- 03220 V, Type C and F. Korean sockets are the EU pattern but the voltage and certification are not interchangeable with EU stock.
- 04Busan and Incheon are the ports; the inland leg is short. Small orders are normal, so minimum quantities per line matter more than freight.
- 05Café and clinic fit-outs are fast. If the opening date is fixed, book production and inspection backwards from it.
