Questions before a visit

How do I read a booth number?

A code such as 3FB15 identifies Level 3, Zone B, Unit 15. Keep the full code when saving a store, because the zone letter matters as much as the floor. If several units are listed, confirm which entrance or meeting point the store wants you to use.

Is Louvre Casa the same as the main mall?

Do not use the names interchangeably. Louvre Casa, also called Luofuhui, is a related business, while this guide covers stores and zones in Foshan’s Louvre mall. Official pages give different floor ranges for Louvre Casa. Confirm the exact brand, floor and entrance instead of treating every imported furniture listing as the same destination.

What time should I arrive?

Confirm the mall’s opening hours and your selected stores before setting out, especially around holidays. This guide does not publish a fixed mall-wide schedule because a reliable general official timetable was not established. An individual store’s hours, including those on FOOKYIK’s branch page, do not establish the hours of every showroom.

What should I bring for a useful buying visit?

Bring measured room plans, access dimensions, reference images, your preferred materials and a prioritised shopping list. Add quantities and a budget range where useful. Save each shortlisted store’s full booth code, and use the same questions about dimensions, specifications and included items so proposals are easier to compare afterwards.

Can I photograph the furniture and displays?

Ask staff before photographing a store, individual products, drawings or price information. Explain whether the images are for your own comparison or for sharing with a designer, and follow any restrictions they give you. Permission to take a reference photograph should not be treated as permission to publish it.

Can a store arrange delivery or international shipping?

Ask each store what it offers; do not assume the same arrangements apply throughout the mall. Request a written breakdown covering packing, collection, transport, installation where relevant, and who handles each step. Confirm destination coverage, responsibilities, timing and exclusions before ordering. This directory does not guarantee a store’s logistics or export services.

Where can I ask for help inside the mall?

The official service page lists a business service centre on Level 1. Ask there for a current shopping guide, help locating your selected units or information about visitor assistance. Translation assistance, luggage storage and other conveniences are listed online, but confirm availability, staffing and any arrangements needed on the day.

How do I check that I have the right showroom or hall?

Confirm the city, business name and full address before following a map pin or arranging a meeting. This guide is for Lecong, Shunde, Foshan. Guangzhou Louvre, nearby Lecong showrooms and a brand’s separate headquarters are not automatically the same stop. Match any hall or branch recommendation to its own location and entrance.

Is this the Louvre in Paris or the Guangzhou showroom?

Neither. This guide covers the furniture destination in Lecong, Shunde, Foshan. The group also operates locations in Guangzhou; use the Foshan address and the exact tenant unit when booking.

Where are the architectural landmarks?

The official attraction guide places Constellation Plaza at C5, Star Ring Island at A5, the Chair Tower and Parrot Chair at D1, and the Rainbow Corridor in the 1F C–D passage. The art exhibition space is listed at D9–10, with current exhibitions and access to confirm.
