Questions about fees
Is there a deposit to book?
No. You approve the written quote; invoicing follows the terms on it.
What if the goods aren't ready on the day?
We confirm readiness with the factory before travelling. If the visit still can't go ahead, the quote terms say how the day is handled.
Do you mark up lab tests?
Lab work is quoted separately at the lab's price, with our coordination stated on the quote.
