Do I need to source through you to book?
No. Inspections can be booked for orders with your own supplier. Sourcing clients already have agreed checks in their contract; extra visits are quoted as added scope.
Every piece, or a sample?
Agreed before you approve the quote. The report states how many units were ordered, available and inspected, and how they were chosen.
What happens when you find a defect?
It is recorded with the measurement and a photo, and the item is marked as held. You decide: accept, rework or re-inspect. The original fail stays in the report.
Which checks need a laboratory?
Chemical content, flammability, durability and performance ratings. We can help arrange an accredited lab; an on-site inspection does not replace it.
Can one visit cover several factories?
Often, when they are within reach of each other and the goods are ready at the same time. List them all in the request.
How soon can you inspect?
It depends on goods readiness and factory access. Dates are confirmed in writing after the scope is agreed; we do not promise same-day visits.
