How we are paid
We take 3–5%. That is the whole business.
A sourcing agent that will not say how it earns is telling you something. Ours is one line: a service fee of three to five per cent of the order, agreed in writing before we start. Below is what that fee buys, and when each payment falls due.

Brief and quotation
Free, and no obligation. You see what the factories quoted before you commit to anything.

Deposit
The deposit goes to the factory and production starts. Our fee is agreed at this point, in writing.

Inspection and report
Every piece checked against the confirmed spec and photographed. The report comes to you before anything is packed.

Balance, then it ships
The balance falls due only after you have the report and have approved it. Then it is crated, consolidated, insured and booked.

Our packing discipline came from mirrors, where a crate one brace short arrives as a box of pieces. Your furniture is crated to that standard, and the shipment is insured while it travels — so a container damaged at sea is not your loss.
