A remote shortlist with a physical check
After buying a home in Australia, the client wanted furniture that fitted both the interior style and the remaining budget. The selection began online, with family members visiting in China to check the shortlisted pieces in person.
That combination helped connect photographs and product descriptions with the furniture itself. The confirmed pieces were then brought together for the international shipment.
Packing for the journey
Before international shipment, the furniture was received at the warehouse, checked and photographed for confirmation. Wooden frames, bubble wrap and corner guards provided protection for the packed pieces.
The selected destination service covered customs handling and home delivery, with unpacking and assembly included in the arrival arrangement.
Delivery continued into the home
A delivery appointment was arranged in advance. At the home, the delivery team unpacked and assembled the furniture, then placed it in the requested positions.
The client recorded approximately six weeks from ordering to receipt and reported that the furniture arrived without damage. This is the timing for this order; production, sailing schedules and destination arrangements will differ between projects.
