SOURCE FOSHAN — RESTAURANT FURNITURE WARRANTY / PO CHECKLIST

1. Identify the seller's Chinese legal entity and payment beneficiary.
2. Attach the approved BOM, drawings/revisions, sample record and commercial-use specification.
3. Record warranty duration and start date for frame, joints/welds, foam, springs, upholstery, coating, glides, hardware and any mechanism.
4. Define covered defects, measurable tolerances, care obligations and exclusions.
5. Specify evidence: PO, batch/carton reference, photographs, video, delivery and installation record.
6. Agree acknowledgement and assessment deadlines. Example negotiating targets: two and ten working days respectively after a complete claim.
7. Specify remedy: parts, approved local repair, credit or replacement; allocate freight, local labour and import costs explicitly.
8. Agree safety escalation and do not return suspect structural seating to use pending assessment.
9. Record component codes, drawings, finish/fabric batches and a parts-availability commitment; agree discontinuation notification.
10. Include a spare-parts and consumables list in the first shipment.
11. Define payment, inspection, shipping-document and any retention-release milestones.
12. Agree dispute resolution and preserve rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

EXAMPLE CLAUSE FOR NEGOTIATION
The supplier warrants the products listed in the signed component schedule against the defined manufacturing defects during the stated warranty periods. The buyer will provide the PO and batch reference, photographs and a description of the fault. The supplier will acknowledge a complete claim within two working days and provide a written assessment within ten working days. The signed remedy schedule shall allocate replacement parts, freight, local repair costs and any credit or replacement. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
