It went as a part-container (LCL) shipment instead of waiting for a full load.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Every piece was re-crated and reinforced in Foshan before it left: braced timber frames around the wrapped furniture, not the factory carton alone.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Loaded 5 June, sailed 9 June, at the door 15 July 2026. The same crew unloaded, uncrated, assembled, positioned the pieces and took the packaging away \u2014 the client did not lift a crate.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>This is what &#8220;delivered&#8221; means in a Source Foshan project: the piece standing in the room it was bought for, with the waste gone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not every Foshan order fills a 40-foot container, and it should not have to.<\/strong> This client on the BC coast bought a mixed list \u2014 a home office, a reading corner, a sectional for the living room, an outdoor dining and lounge set for the deck, a mattress \u2014 the kind of order that a factory quotes &#8220;FOB Shenzhen&#8221; and then leaves you to solve. We consolidated it, re-crated it, shipped it as a part-container load and had one crew finish the job at the house. Source Foshan re-crated the order in Foshan, shipped it LCL and handled the delivery at the house.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"sf-source-note\">Photographs taken on site by the delivery crew; the clock and location stamps are from the site camera. Orders that fill less than roughly 25\u201328 cubic metres usually go as LCL (less than container load): your crates travel in a shared container and you pay for the cubic metres used. The trade-off is more handling at the consolidation and deconsolidation warehouses, which is why re-crating matters more for LCL than for a full container of your own.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>How long does furniture take from Foshan to western Canada?<\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case six weeks door to door: loaded 5 June, sailed 9 June, delivered 15 July 2026.
