The wine cabinet took 70 minutes (13:05 \u2192 14:15), the bookcase 22 minutes (15:18 \u2192 15:40), the table base 74 minutes (16:10 \u2192 17:24).<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Each repair ended with a signed after-sales service form; on all three the client ticked <em>Very Satisfied<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>This is the part of buying from Foshan that most buyers cannot get from a factory 3,000 km away: someone who turns up, fixes it and signs it off.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Furniture gets damaged in transit. The question is who turns up afterwards.<\/strong> A buyer who orders directly from a Foshan factory usually finds out the answer the hard way: a WeChat photo, an offer of a small refund, and a cracked cabinet. On these three Singapore deliveries the answer was an after-sales technician at the door, three repairs done in place, and three signed forms. The technician masked the area, filled the crack, sanded it back and colour-matched the finish to the surrounding veneer.
