planned.<\/li>\n<li>Tags are anchored high: a sofa \u2018reduced\u2019 to RMB 10,000 typically settles at <b>RMB 7,000\u20138,000<\/b>, not the RMB 3,000 some posts promise.<\/li>\n<li>The two-pass route works when you can sit on the sofa. From overseas, <b>\u201csame design\u201d tells you nothing about the frame, foam or leather inside<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Our rule: use the expensive hall to fix the specification, then make every cheaper quote match that spec in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Comments add a warning: one buyer&#8217;s <b>delivery price rose on dispatch<\/b>, with the carrier the shop recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"answer\"><strong>Shunlian North is Lecong&#8217;s mid-to-upper showroom mall, where you set a style and quality benchmark; Shunlian South, Dongheng and Nanhua are where single-category shops sell the same designs for less. South is split into numbered blocks, each shop focusing on one category.<\/p>\n<p>A July 2026 buyer guide mapped South like this: block 3 for sofas, blocks 5\u20136 for value solid wood, block 7 for narrow pieces sized for small flats, block 8 for beds and mattresses, block 9 for built-in cabinetry and block 10 for balcony and outdoor sets. So the North\u2013South gap is partly rent \u2014 and partly a different product wearing the same shape. A local buyer can press the seat and open a drawer. A buyer in London or Sydney choosing from photos cannot, which is exactly when the cheaper copy costs more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Why is \u201csame style\u201d not the same sofa?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Because the parts that decide lifespan are hidden under the upholstery.<\/strong> When we quote one design from three workshops, the differences are almost never in the silhouette.
