Every itinerary is built around your list, budget and quality bar. This is the shape most whole-home buyers follow.
Send your floor plan, references, quantities, budget band and travel dates over WhatsApp or the project form. We shortlist showrooms and factories for each category, book appointments with the suppliers that matter, and send you a day-by-day plan with a hotel recommendation in Chancheng or Lecong.
Morning at a destination hall such as the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center to compare complete-room collections and price positioning. Afternoon in brand and factory-attached showrooms for the categories on your list: sofas, dining and stone tables, beds, cabinets. Your sourcing expert translates, asks the construction questions and records model numbers, materials, finish codes and first quotes.
Where custom sizes, upholstery, stone or volume matter, we drive to the factories and workshops behind the shortlist. You see frames, foam, stitching, finishing lines and packing, ask about capacity and real lead times, and confirm what can be customised. Complex custom or high-end export production is an hour east in Dongguan; we add that day when it earns its place.
Back to the two or three finalists per category with your notes. Fabric and finish selections are confirmed against samples, quotes are compared like for like (model, dimensions, materials, quantity, packing, lead time), and we negotiate on your behalf. Deposits go to suppliers' company accounts; every selection is written into one order list.
We stay on the ground and run the order like a local project team: orders confirmed with every supplier, production tracked with weekly photo updates, seven QC checkpoints with a photo and video report before you pay the balance, export packing to a written standard, consolidation into one container and delivery coordinated to your door.

No. The day fee covers the expert and transport, and there is no commission pressure. Most guests do end up ordering because the prices make sense, but the decision is yours.
Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN) is the closest major airport, about an hour from the showroom districts, and pickup is included. Pickups from Shenzhen or Hong Kong are longer transfers that we arrange and confirm in advance at extra cost.
Many nationalities can currently enter mainland China visa-free for short business visits, and a 240-hour visa-free transit applies at Guangzhou for others. Rules change and depend on your passport, so check the current policy with your nearest Chinese consulate before booking flights.
Chancheng (Foshan city centre) or Lecong keep most showroom days within a 30-minute drive. We recommend hotels for your budget and help book; you pay the hotel directly.
